All payments are done in EUR and through Paypal only (or exchange of goods or services).

Payments need to be transferred before work starts (either full price or 50% upfront and 50% before the work is finished)

This information and prices is NOT applicable for commercial work, therefore the art can only be used for the client’s personal purposes.

If the work is meant for commercial use, that must be stated before the work begins.

I reserve the right to use the commissioned work in my portfolio or as examples for future work.

Please always provide a clear reference image.

Deadlines MUST be agreed upon beforehand.

Commissions are not refundable after I have started to work on your commission or a maximum of 14 days have passed after payment.

Rough sketch: will be taking notes and corrections for the artwork to proceed.

Base color and composition sketch: a more complex and detailed sketch to set the mood and bring out your character’s traits. This is the last stage to ask for corrections.

Last minute check up: before finishing the piece I will be sending you a near complete artwork. I will be making adjustments if needed, but these might be priced additionally depending on the request difficulty.

Sending out a high resolution final artwork: .png or .jpg unless requested otherwise. Can request a .psd layered file, but this must be discussed beforehand, if not, it might cost extra.
